Markets Beyond 16-06-2008

In June 2008, FIIs dumped shares worth Rs 6,463.20 crore (till 12 June 2008). FII outflow in calendar year 2008 totaled Rs 21,832.60 crore
Sensex declined 382.56 points or 2.45% to 15,189.62 in this week. Nifty fell 110.70 points or 2.39% to 4,517.10 in the week.

The markets reacted from the resistance zones and maintained above the trendline and crucial supports of 15025 .
As far as this crucial levels holds , markets will try to up its head – but I will doubt it
There exists a strong resistance at 15450 levels and I will not be surprised if the bears tempt the news bulls with short term rallies and bounces to go long and finally trap them.
However from a trading point of view , I will like to use the volatility and the crunches that the markets provide and will trade those crunches
The supports for the nifty is at 4465 levels and resistance at 4550 levels
The supports for the sensex is at 15025 levels and resistance at 15450 levels

NiFty 4321 Next Week (16 June to 20 June ) Market Trend maybe very very volatile. 16, 17 June maybe bullish and 18, 20 June maybe bearish.
19 June maybe Very very Volatile. Do not hold buy position OR keep Stoploss. Enter in market after 25 June. Nifty will moving 4606 to 4400 & Below.
